Single Garage

Single garages are garages with space for one car. For single garages, we offer practical solutions if you have little space on the plot for construction, or if the conditions surrounding the location indicate that you do not have the opportunity to choose a larger garage. These solutions can, for example, be extra storage and storage space such as an attic in the garage or a storage room.

The garage width of single garages is 320 or 380 cm. A garage with a width of 380 cm makes sense if you want a little more space around the car when it is inside the garage. You can also choose an even wider single garage (some call this a one and a half garage) with widths of 440 and 500 cm. This will give you storage options next to a car inside the garage.

Price single garage

The most affordable single garage is a Spring model in the size 320×600, delivered as a material package. If you want a single garage with a loft, you can, for example, choose a Hushov model , which has more storage space in the loft than a Spring model.

Price single garage with storage room

If you want a single garage with a storage room, you can, for example, extend the garage lengthwise to get a storage room at the back . Starting from a Spring model in size 320×600, this can be extended to 320×720. The garage will then be 120cm longer.

Single garages with storage room or attic for extra storage space

If you don’t have room for a wider garage than 380, you can get storage space if you choose a longer garage. If you have the opportunity to choose a wider garage, there is also the possibility of storage on the long side of the garage. You can also get better storage space if you choose a garage model with a loft.

Single garages with storage room

You can get storage space at the back of the garage if you choose a garage that is longer than 600 cm (you can extend your garage in 60cm modules). In that case, we recommend installing a door at the back, so you can transport things in and out of the garage without having to pass your car if it is parked.

Single garages with attics

If you want more storage space in the attic of your garage, we recommend the Hushovd and Imenes garages . By choosing a saddle roof model, you get more storage space in the attic than if you choose other types of garages. If you want a more airy attic space, this can be achieved by raising the walls of the roof trusses in the garage.
