Standard row garage

A row garage from Igland Garasjen has the following standard unless otherwise agreed or requested:

• Elements with pre-primed cladding.
• The elements are delivered leak-proof and with a wind barrier between the cladding and the frame. Does not apply to pitched roofs.
• Standard depths are delivered as 560 cm, 620 cm and 680 cm measured on external scaffolding.
• The room width starts at 300 cm c/c.
• Roof angles can be supplied with 3° and upwards. For pitched roofs of 22° or higher, we can arrange for storage in the attic.
• 3° roof pitch is supplied with roofing felt or equivalent. From 22° roof pitch and up, roof tiles are supplied as standard.
• Steel gutters, downspouts and eaves fittings are supplied as standard.
• An insulated steel gate with an electric gate opener is supplied.

Options for our row garages

Common additional equipment on a modern multi-unit garage is:

• Attic floor – 22 mm chipboard floor between knee walls.
• Foldable attic ladder for easy access to attic space.
• Icebreaker fittings.
• Extended right of complaint – The service department can prepare an offer for a service agreement that includes annual inspection of the building and maintenance of the door system.

We are a complete supplier of garage facilities – that is, we can deliver everything from the application process, demolition, foundation and concrete work to a fully assembled garage including electrical installation, etc. With us as a turnkey contractor, you get one player who takes full responsibility for the entire project, ensuring efficient and seamless implementation from start to finish. This means that you don’t have to coordinate multiple suppliers, and we will be the ones who follow up on the project all the way. We want to give you predictability, time savings and security. We complete the building, and you can take over a turnkey garage.
